British Woods Ranch

This empty nest couple were ready to update the kitchen.  We decided since the laundry room and attached outdoor rooms were adjacent, why not annex that space already under roof and move the laundry room to new location.  The result was not only an expanded kitchen work space and beautiful new island with seating but also a separate breakfast area.  Our clients were thrilled with the cabinets, additional space, and especially the fresh new updated aesthetic.
